Books

Book preorders are scheduled to be mailed 14-16 weeks after the preorder closes.

All book preorders are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Books that are received damaged may be eligible for replacement on a case by case basis. If you received a damage item, please email pictures/video of the damage and a summary of the problem to help@fatallyyoursbookbox.com

You have 7 calendar days from the date your tracking shows delivered to report any damages. Please inspect your books and other goodies within this timeframe.

Clothing/Blankets/Non Book Items

Most of the clothing items are not on hand but are printed on demand when ordered. If there is an issue with please email help@fatallyyoursbookbox.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after this 14 day window.
